If required by you, we can take care of measurement and fitting issues.
In case of change or return of the order, it will be refunded through the same courier in 24 hours.
Items must be returned in their original condition with all garment tags attached in the branded packaging provided. This is also to ensure that item(s) arrives back to us in a suitable and undamaged state. Returned items that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted and may be returned to you without refund.
Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review. When cleared, you will receive a refund on the cost at purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase.
Shipping in Iran:
All shipments will be done by Kara Post Company in maximum 2 working days, pre- paid by customers.
The client is in charge of delivery fees. In case of change or return of the order, it will be immediately refunded through the same courier.

The purchases from outside Iran are not Refundable but we will take care of fitting or tailoring issues.

In urgent cases or based on client’s request, the pre-paid shipments can be done through local couriers.
